Refund Policy
1. Eligibility

You may return unused, undamaged Products within 7 days of delivery.

Custom hampers, perishables, intimate items and “under-₹” gift packs are non-returnable (unless defective).
2. How to Initiate

Email [support@kawaiicharm.in] with your order number, photos and reason.

We’ll approve (or decline) within 48 hours.
3. Return Shipping

For defective/wrong items: we cover return shipping.

For change-of-mind: you pay return courier charges.
4. Refunds

Once we receive & inspect the return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.

Refund amount = product price minus any restocking or return shipping fees (if applicable).

5. Cancellation Policy

Before dispatch: You may cancel an order free of charge by emailing [support@kawaiicharm.in] or using your account’s “Cancel Order” feature.

After dispatch: Cancellation not possible—you may initiate a return under our Return Policy once delivered.

6. Payment Policy

Gateways: All payments processed via Razorpay.

Currencies: INR only.

Taxes & Fees: Product prices include applicable GST.
