Shipping Policy

1. Domestic Shipping (India)

• Processing time: 1–2 business days from payment confirmation.

• Delivery time: 3–7 business days (metro) or up to 10 days (remote).

• Charges: Flat ₹ 50 for orders under ₹ 999; Free over ₹ 999.
   

2. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
 

3. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails (incorrect address/no one to receive), courier may attempt a second delivery. After two attempts, package returns to us—additional courier charges will apply for re-delivery.
 

4. Delays

We’re not liable for delays due to force-majeure, courier strikes or address errors.
